Roof Repairs in Forest Hill
Water finds a way in long before a ceiling stains. Our roof repairs in Forest Hill take in:
- New slates and tiles let in to match the existing roof
- Leak tracing, plus renewal of tired lead and flashings
- Wind damage – ridges, hips and mortar verges made secure
- Blocked or split butterfly valleys, parapet gutters and skylight surrounds
Diagnosis comes before pricing – a repair you only pay for once is the cheap one.

New Roofs & Roof Replacements in Forest Hill
Once patching stops working we fit new roofs and full replacements in Forest Hill. Off comes the old covering, the timbers get checked and treated, then it goes back with breathable membrane, treated battens, new slates or tiles and freshly dressed lead. You see the written specification before anybody starts, and the finished roof suits the rest of the street.
Flat Roofing Services in Forest Hill
As flat roofing specialists we lay, patch and replace:
- Torch-on felt systems
- GRP fibreglass roofs
- EPDM rubber membranes
On Forest Hill rear extensions the culprit is nearly always the same three things: not enough fall, an upstand that was never dressed in properly, or an outlet choked with leaves from next door’s trees. All three get corrected as part of the work.

Chimney Repairs in Forest Hill
A stack stands above everything else and pays for it. What we do:
- Repointing and re-rendering of weathered brickwork
- Rebuilds where a stack has gone soft or started to lean
- New lead flashings, soakers and back gutters
- Full removal, with the roof closed up and made good
Damp appearing on a bedroom chimney breast is far more often the pointing or the lead than the slates around it.
